How does the Sweetie Warranty work?

Please send us an email at support@sweetiepetproducts.com with your full contact details, the product name in question and a brief description of the issue. Pictures are required showing the defect, and we'll take a look. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

What is covered by Sweetie Lifetime Warranty

• Manufacturer’s defects caused by poor craftsmanship
• Defective hardware or materials.

What is not covered by the Sweetie Warranty?

• Any Chewing, cleaning, disassembly, adjustments, or modifications caused by improper use or misuse of the product are not covered in the warranty.
• Damage coming from or caused by normal wear and use, abuse, or fire
